SEMS Estate Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (SEMSPL) offers a wide range of services, including maintenance of civil and electrical systems, equipment like transformers, lifts, generators, fire-fighting systems, and providing security in residential colonies, apartments, and commercial buildings. SEMSPL also collects electricity and maintenance payments from customers in societies through its ERP Billing software.
For over past 5 years, SEMSPL has successfully managed many high-rise residential and commercial buildings in U.P., Delhi & NCR region, and other cities like Ghaziabad, Delhi and Gurugram. In the financial year 2024–25, the company recorded a turnover of over Rs. 150 million.
The company has a skilled team of technical, administrative, and support staff to handle all operations efficiently.
As the facility management division of M/s AHCL, SEMSPL now aims to expand its services beyond group projects and become a trusted partner for other top companies in Northern India, using its strong expertise in building management and in-house workforce.
